When the main motor is started, the power is transmitted from the motor rotor to the high-speed shaft of the reducer through the elastic coupling. After being decelerated by the transmission of the reducer, it is then transmitted from the driven shaft of the reducer to the main shaft device through the gear coupling.

Product Introduction

When the main motor is started, the power is transmitted from the motor rotor to the high-speed shaft of the reducer through the elastic coupling. After being decelerated by the transmission of the reducer, it is then transmitted from the driven shaft of the reducer to the main shaft device through the gear coupling. If the rotation direction of the motor is continuously changed, the drum can wind or release the steel wire rope, enabling the hoisting container to make periodic up-and-down reciprocating movements in the shaft.

Purpose and Application Scope of the Product

The JTP and 2JTP series of mine hoist winches are mainly used in the inclined roadways or small vertical shafts of coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines to hoist materials or personnel.

Product Execution Standards

The JTP and 2JTP series of products are designed and manufactured in accordance with AQ1033-2007 "Safety Inspection Specification for JTP Type Mine Hoist Winches for Coal Mines", JB/T7888-2010 "JTP Type Mine Hoist Winches" industry standards, Q/YX005-2020 "JTP Type Mine Hoist Winches", the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", and GB16423-2020 "Safety Regulations for Metal and Non-Metal Mines".
